Services we perform at your property are governed by your signed proposal and service agreement, which control if they conflict with these Terms.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the website's operation or security, attempt to access non-public areas or data, scrape or harvest content or personal information, or use the website to transmit anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

2. Quotes, scheduling, and communications

Quote requests and contact-form submissions are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we confirm with you. Estimates provided before an on-site consultation are preliminary. Final pricing, scope, and scheduling are set out in your written proposal.

3. Workmanship warranty

Completed installations are backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty, which is activated by prompt final payment within 15 days of project completion. Warranty terms, scope, and exclusions are described in your project documents. Nothing on this website expands the warranty beyond those written terms.

4. Financing

Financing is offered through third-party programs, including the GreenSky® Program (loans made by Synovus Bank, subject to credit approval) and Lyon Financial. All credit decisions, loan amounts, rates, and terms are determined by the program lenders — not by Alliance Pavers. Program descriptions on this website are informational and are not an offer of credit.

5. Maintenance Membership plans

Our Maintenance Membership is custom-quoted to each property. Visit schedules, the services included in each visit, pricing, and cancellation terms are set out in your membership agreement, which controls over the general descriptions on this website. Condition reports we provide after a visit describe what we observed on that date and are not a warranty of future performance.

6. Careers applications

Submitting an application through this website does not create an offer of employment or an employment relationship. Information you provide, including any resume you upload, is used to evaluate your application and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to consider your application.

7. Communications and your privacy choices

When you submit a form you agree to be contacted about your request by phone or email, as stated next to the form. We do not send marketing text messages. You can review how we use and share information, and exercise your privacy rights, in the Your Privacy Choices section of our Privacy Policy. Website analytics and call tracking are described there as well.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this website are collected through Google and other third-party platforms and reflect the views of the individual reviewers. We may quote or excerpt reviews for length. If you leave a review on a third-party platform, that platform’s terms apply to your submission.
