We just had our patio installed by Alliance and it was not without bumps. My wife was a little unhappy with the pitch on one side, so I mentioned this to the sales guy and they were out at our house fixing it the NEXT DAY. Now she loves it. That is amazing customer service. I'm not only giving Alliance 5 stars for the patio, but I am even more giving the 5 stars to our sales guy Robert Kendrick. He was beyond helpful and truly cared about taking care of us and making sure we were happy. I have never worked with a more upfront or honest guy. He was very knowledgeable about every step of the process and did everything in his power to make sure everything was perfect. ABOVE AND BEYOND! I am a Facilities Manager and got several paver jobs done in different properties. This means i have to deal with few paver contractors during the years. The truth is that now days you can find paver INSTALLERS everywhere thanks to social media Yes, you will "save" few cents per SqFt. but don't get bamboozled you will pay it sooner than later. If you don't want headaches, if you don't want hidden fees, and instead wants a smooth project from start to finish. Sometimes in life as well as business, things don't always go as planned. In business when they don't go as planned, the mark of an exceptional company is that which makes things right. Alliance pavers in my opinion is an exceptional company. I selected them because of the flawless installation of driveway and front porch of my new home. When an extension of the rear patio was not at the same level of quality, they sent a crew which pulled up the entire prior work and made it right. No excuses, no arguing, no discussion. The supervisor did not accept the work and ordered it done again. I did have to wait for some resource availability and reorder of materials. How well things are done the first time is obviously important. But face it, things happen. Its how a company responds to make it right which is all the difference in the world!

We've built our last new home and Alliance pavers did out porches, driveway and pool deck. I met several times with Dustin who supervised out project and not only was he always there to answer any questions but was so easy to work with. Can't get better than that. The crew who laid the pavers were the hardest working men my husband and I have seen. Needless to say the house looks wonderful and everyone will enjoy the beauty of the pool and deck. Jeff has excellent employees from the office to the field and I'm sure he's the reason his employees are comitted to doing their jobs so well. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Alliance Pavers. Their quote was competitive and the installation was able to happen much earlier than I expected. A week before the installation I suddenly realized I wanted to add a section and they made it happen despite the tight turn around. I had a literal dirt pit in my backyard that they turned into a beautiful patio (see the before and after pictures). All of their employees were responsive, respectful, and incredible hard-working. A special shout out goes to Wade, the supervisor. The day of installation, I realized I needed to expand part of the patio. He made it happen with no complaint and it turned out beautifully.

Since we bought our house, I was dreaming to pave our pool deck and front driveway.....Finally in last October 2019, Alliance Pavers made my dreams come true ...they were very professional, prompt, very reliable and excellent price. Wade from Alliance Pavers removed my driveway and walkway and the did a excellent job of paving those area in a multi color grey pavers and a design that we loved the were fast and professional and Wade supervised the job from beginning to end after the job was completed he did he QC and ensured that we were fully satisfied he stated that we have a 1 year warranty just call anytime if needed I recommend him to anyone thank you so much Wade and Alliance Pavers I absolutely love my driveway and walkway and I forgot to say the have the best price for pavers I got a bunch of estimate and the gave me the best price around

We are VERY pleased with our back patio and wraparound sidewalk. We did quite a bit of research leading up to our selection; shopped the job around, speaking to owners and representatives of each paver company plus visiting customer job sites. While the Alliance quote was higher, we felt comfortable they were the all around right fit for us. Kennric Webb was the job Superintendent and Renato was the crew leader. Both were extremely easy to work with and each offered several great suggestions which we incorporated and ended up with a much better outcome than we imagined.

Our experience with Alliance Pavers greatly exceeded our expectations and past experiences with other companies. The excavator and installation teams provided us the best experience; they were very understanding, answered questions, were very professional and provided a high-level of quality workmanship. They were just all-around nice individuals to work with and took pride in the service they provided. Our driveway, walkway and firepit look AMAZING! Hands down, we would HIGHLY recommend Alliance Pavers and especially the excavation/installation crews we encountered.

Alliance Pavers did an amazing job on their installation of my home. With over 3200 square feet of pavers to install I was blown away that the total completion time took 4 and a half days from excavating my old driveway and sidewalk, to compacting concrete fines, to installing every single paver by hand. The company and their crews are an incredible team to work with. The on site manager, Julio, addressed each of my questions and offered additional assistance if I had any concerns in the coming week. They truly did a fantastic installation for us.
