Every visit covers weed control, mold & mildew treatment, joint sand replenishment, and professional surface cleaning — the four services that keep a Florida hardscape looking installed-yesterday.
02 How often should pavers be cleaned and sealed?
We generally recommend cleaning and sealing every 2–3 years, depending on exposure to weather and traffic. Members get first look at sealing recommendations, timed to their surface's actual condition rather than a calendar.
03 Can you repair pavers that have shifted or sunk?
Yes. Maintenance visits include re-leveling, joint restoration, and paver replacement recommendations to keep your surface even and secure — members get priority scheduling for repairs.
04 Quarterly or semi-annual — which is right for me?
Quarterly care is timed around Florida's wet and dry seasons and suits pool decks, shaded lots, and high-traffic surfaces. Semi-annual care covers the essentials for lower-traffic areas. We'll recommend honestly based on your property.
05 Are plans customized to my property?
Yes — every membership is a custom plan. We tailor the schedule and scope to your surfaces, shade, traffic, and exposure, and give you a clear price before you commit.
06 Do I need to be home during visits?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the area, we complete your service efficiently and leave a report after every visit.
