If your community requires HOA approval, submit it early — approvals are important for staying on schedule. Once approvals are complete and material delivery timelines are confirmed, we lock in your installation date.

Most residential paver projects are completed in 3–7 days depending on size and design complexity; standard patios often finish in 3–5 days. Timelines also depend on site access and weather.

Move outdoor furniture, decorations, and electronics away from the work zone, and if you have irrigation lines or other underground systems in the area, relocate or cap them in advance. We request standard utility marking before any digging begins.

We generally recommend professional cleaning and sealing every 2–3 years, depending on exposure to weather and traffic. Sealing enhances color, prevents stains, and protects against Florida sun fade.

Yes. Our maintenance services include re-leveling, joint restoration, and individual paver replacement — one of the big advantages of a paver system over poured concrete.
