I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated Rick's continual efforts at setting up the paver contract we just signed. I was telling Rick that it was his friendly can-do attitude and willingness to entertain our numerous questions that impressed us enough to not even entertain going back to some of the other companies with similar quotes. Your price was very competitive with one particular company, but it was Rick's personality and helpfulness that made us decide to not even give them another opportunity to match or beat your quote.
We have been very impressed with the quality of workmanship we have seen on the various jobs Rick has shown us and are excited to see our new pavers installed.
Often times today people only hear negative reactions to employees and job workmanship.
